La Spezia Marittima is structured as follows:

- "Marittima Nuova" is centralized and managed by the RFI Movement Manager, from which the connections branch out to the LSCT Ravano Terminal and Terminal del Golfo. This facility is ultimately connected to the National Railway Network (Tyrrhenian route La Spezia Centrale – Leghorn) through the La Spezia Marittima – La Spezia Migliarina and La Spezia Marittima – Vezzano Ligure lines.

- "Marittima Vecchia" is currently structured with the "Riordino" cluster and the "Italia" cluster, from which the connections extend to LSCT/Fornelli and the port facilities/Calata Paita.
