La Spezia Migliarina, partially centralized and managed by the RFI Movement Manager, is structured as follows:

- The La Spezia Migliarina railway track cluster for train arrivals and departures, located near the "Tyrrhenian" backbone connecting La Spezia Centrale and Leghorn.

- The Valdellora Scalo railway track cluster, which supports La Spezia Migliarina and serves as the origin point for the so-called "backbone" railway service, dedicated to the transfer of wagons/trains to and from the port area.
